The minimum stay in high season is one week (7 nights), form Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday, from 4 in the afternoon (check in time is 4 p.m.) to 10 in the morning (check out time is 10 a.m.), over Easter Week the minimum is 4 nights and for the rest of the season 2 nights, except Local Parties, Events and Half Season.

The price includes bed and bath linen, a weekly change of linen, water, gas and electricity, use of the pool and other site facilities, except for the laundry and other charged services.  

The bungalows doesn't have air conditioning when not being necessary, due to their location and to the kindness of the microclimate of The Pine grove since are favored always by a pleasant sea breeze. The final cleaning charge of 20 euros is not included.

Animals are not accepted, except in the bungalow B-2 for 2/4 people. The proprietor will inscribe and to present in Reception the sanitary papers and of responsibility that demands the effective legislation. Any considered dangerous company animal won't be accepted and he will never be able to be alone, the corresponding supplement will be applied.

MOBIL HOME A - 2/3 Pax (16m²)

The type A it is a Mobil Home O'Hara, with double isolation, very comfortable and functional, with capacity for 2/3 people. It is compound for a living room dining room with a sofa-bed for a square, marriage room, bathroom with WC, washbasin and he/she takes a shower with hot water, he/she cooks equipped with furniture, sink, encimera and refrigerator, with external terrace, solarium and parking for a car.

It has TV, microwaves, garden furniture with parasol. It is included sheets and towels and change of weekly clothes.

BUNGALOW B1 - 2/4 Pax (24m²)

The type B1 is a bungalow Gitotel, integrated in the nature, very warm and comfortable, with capacity for 2/4 people. It is compound for a living room dining room with a sofa-bed for two squares, marriage room, bathroom with WC, washbasin and he/she takes a shower with hot water, he/she cooks equipped with furniture, sink, encimera and refrigerator, porch with covered terrace and external space for a car.

It has TV, microwaves, garden furniture with parasol. It is included sheets and towels and change of weekly clothes.

BUNGALOW B2 - 2/4 Pax (24m²)

Bungalow B2 is of wood, and completely integrated
in its surroundings, very welcoming and comfortable, sleeping two to four. It comprises a kitchen-dining room with a sofa bed for two, a double room, bathroom with toilet, basin and shower with hot and cold water. Kitchen with utensils, sink, hob and fridge, porch with outdoor terrace, sundeck and parking for one car.
Offers TV, microwave, garden furniture with parasol. Includes sheets and towels, changed weekly.

Any considered dangerous company animal won't be accepted and he will never be able to be alone, the corresponding supplement will be applied.

One bedroom has a double bed and the other a double bed and a bunk bed for two. Also offers TV, telephone, microwave and garden furniture on the terrace.
